Nothing makes me happier than bringing order out of chaos. In both my personal and professional life I like to visualize the parts, put the pieces together, and create organized efficient systems.  As a technical writer and editor, I draw on my written, verbal, and visual communication skills to create elegant solutions for technical communication problems.

My approach is to first understand my audience and identify the user's needs. I focus on user-centered design principles to identify my target audience, and I use my research, writing and technology skills in the latest communication tools to create engaging content to reach them. I can manage projects from conception to completion as both an independent creator and a hard-working team player.
